It was a lovely morning, just slightly chilly but for those of us who went south from the parking area past the green gate were warmed up quickly. We were fourteen in all including Tom T. and his four-legged partner Bennie, Bob C., Geri, John L., Greg, Charlene, Laura, Cheryl, Peter, Shari, Jennifer, Mark T., Rick and Nancy. The weather was overcast but the sun came out later in the day and warmed us all up very nicely. John has again provided us with some lovely photographs to remind us of this lovely area. We had only four runners today, Hope you and Nancy are having a fabulous time, Tom. We're looking forward to your return!
The photo below is of a farm on Caspar Orchard Road before the road makes a big turn east.
The great white egret below is hoping for breakfast at the pond of Fern Creek Road.
I love the bright blue wheelbarrow in front of the woodpile. This lovely house is iconic.

We are having a good time, thank you. Today, we were in Hannibal, MO, enjoying Cave Hollow and all the Mark Twain things in town, very interesting. Thanks again, Nancy, for blogging. We are anxious (kind of), to get back and boost the number of runners for the Fog Dodgers. Nice pictures, John!
