Today, we met at Russian Gulch. It was a beautiful morning, 40 degrees, clear and both the winds and the sea were calm. The entire state has been told to Shelter At Home, with exceptions such as essential services. Exercise outdoors is allowable, keeping "social distance". Those thoughts crossed John's mind as he took this picture. He also liked the pretty gorse.

I think it's still cool enough, that we can run and walk once more, at least, at Big River. Later, when it warms up a bit, the mosquitoes can drive you crazy! So, hopefully we'll see you there!

A few of us went to David's Restaurant after the run/walk, placed our breakfast orders to go, did our Harvest shopping, returned to David's to pick up our meals, and went home to enjoy the quietness and another beautiful day! Kira is very thankful for any business right now.

We have had a Fog Dodger Run/Walk every Sunday for almost 22 years now. This isn't going to stop the Fog Dodgers. So, I will be walking from my home and I suggest that you do also. I'd welcome an email ( triley@mcn.org ) from you saying that you were "present". Give the general area where you walked or ran and if you get an interesting picture or bit of trivia, include that. I'll post the blog and I bet John can find a picture. It will be a Multi-venue Fog Dodger Walk/Run!
EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY, GROUP RUN AND WALK @ 7:00 A.M., BIG RIVER ON TUESDAYS AND HEESER DRIVE/MENDOCINO ON THURSDAYS.
