It was windy this morning along the coast, so it was good that we were kind of sheltered back in Jackson State Forest. When we started, it was 53 with clear skies. The trees made it such that we just had a little breeze.

Present today: Fran, Nancy B., Pat, Leon, Susan, Bruce, Charlene, Ron, Cheryl N., Neil, Joe, Deb, Sam, John, Bob, Nancy T., Shari, Nancy and Tom (19).
I am sad that there were only 3 runners today. One on the disabled list feels that he is almost ready to resume but the fact is, we are aging out. Nothing wrong with being a walking group but the coast needs a running group also.
Masks are required now if you can't social distance outdoors |

Next weekend is the Fourth of July and town will be busy but by starting at 8, I think we will be okay.
EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY, GROUP RUN, BIKE, AND WALK @ 7:00 A.M., for now, we're starting behind the Fort Bragg Fire Station and using the Coastal Trail - Middle access on Tuesdays. On Thursdays, we are starting at Harvest Market at Mendosa's, Mendocino.
