J. Loomis photo of Hawk at Big River
Early morning photo of Big River looking out toward the Highway One Bridge on a rainy day.
I have been hiking a lot around the coast and taking photos of the
fallen trees, broken bridges in Van Damme, Russian Gulch and Jug Handle.
But I hadn't hiked Big River so I didn't have any photos to share
today.
All photos are from John Loomis whose photos had been posted on other days. So we have a nice selection for this week's posting.
Can't see the seals, but they were right near the tip of
the spit in the estuary of this photo.

Daylight Savings Time is a misnomer. There were 11 hours and 45 minutes of daylight time in Mendocino today. Standing on your head or turning the hands of the clock around will never change that. DST = Disruptive sleep time.
