Today the Fog Dodgers awoke to a rare visual treat of a thin blanket of snow covering the rooftops and everything below. The beauty of it all was further enhanced by the early morning light casting an unusual hue on the surrounding landscape. The first rays of the sun were reflecting off the overcast skies above resulting in a magical display of light with an iridescent glow.
There was a good turn out considering the brisk 34 degree temperature with a little rain and slight breeze. As expected everyone was well dressed for the occasion. Certainly those that showed up are some of the most dedicated and hardy bunch of the Fog Dodgers.
Present were: Ron, Charlene, Rick, Nancy, Keith, Greg, Roger, Nancy T. Joe, John, Bob. There were several others but I didn't record names, sorry about that.
After a short time the weather quickly got better, the sun came out and a few runners were actually shedding garments before getting back to the trail head.
John Loomis photos say it best. Thanks John
